There were great moments for the DiTECT project at the Hokkaido University, in Sapporo Japan.

During the 12th Conference on Predictive Modelling in Food (ICPMF 12), a session was held by George-John Nychas with Fady Mohareb and Kostas Koutsoumanis.

Also, Professor Qingli DONG from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology presented the study of his team on Cronobacter sakazakii.
