WP5 | Risk assessment of biological, chemicals hazards across food chain in EU and China

Collection of temperature data and questionnaire survey

To develop an accurate risk assessment model in home food storage scenarios, researchers and volunteers are collecting temperature data of household refrigerators of residents in the Shanghai area using a thermometer.

In addition, designed surveys related to home food preservation and handling habits are conducted as well. So far, nearly 60 samples were collected. The major test population is full-time workers aged 18-35 with higher education experience. Systematical data analysis will be carried out soon…
