On January 27th, 2023, an open day on ‘Digital Innovation in Food Safety’ was co-hosted at the Agricultural University of Athens (AUA), by DiTECT and Agroknow.
Nine speakers from different Universities, organizations and companies made presentations on food safety, security and technology.
The event was organized by EFRA (Extreme Food Risk Analytics), TheFSM (The Food Safety Market), DiTECT and EIT Food.
