DiTECT – SAFFI – TraceMyFish Joint Workshop
A very successful joint workshop for stakeholders organized by sister projects DiTECT, SAFFI and TraceMyFish took place on October 20th, in Athens (GR).
Challenges in use of Data Science and AI in food safety and babyfoods by the food industry were discussed by the coordinators Prof. George-John Nychas, Dr. Erwan Engel, as well as by Prof. Kelly Rantsiou, Dr. Jens Michael Carstensen Videometer Dr. Marcel Zwietering and Dr. Sara Bover Cid.
The Vice Rector of Agricultural University of Athens Prof. Thomas Bartzanas addressed the workshop.
